MEET ELISE MONTGOMERY

I’m Elise Montgomery, a master coach for women in real estate, and I am so thrilled you are here. The women that come into my world know deep down that they are wildly capable of incredible goals, they are ready to take a stand for nothing less, and need some guidance on how to get there. Perhaps that’s you too. 

I know for sure when a woman is empowered and building her business in a way that feels fulfilling and passionate the sky is the limit. It brings me endless joy to show the clients I work with a completely different way to look at business and life that leaves them feeling powerful, confident, abundant and calm. It is beyond satisfying to see my clients earn outrageous income while simultaneously discovering a whole new level of personal power, communication skills, boundaries, lifestyle upgrades, and deeper connection with who and what matters in their lives. To witness a woman go from overwhelm to a business that absolutely delights her is a privilege I am so grateful to be a part of.

Before I founded my coaching company I started in real estate as a realtor. I quickly became a top producing agent but something was missing. I was doing all the things I was ‘supposed to do’ and it left me feeling run off my feet, exhausted and overwhelmed daily. My head was swirling with self-doubt and I was unknowingly playing small. Was frantic supposed to be my natural state of being? Maybe you can relate. I knew there had to be a better way and began rebuilding my business very intentionally. I tossed out most conventional ways of doing real estate and focused on redesigning my business in a way that lit me up. Instead of it feeling punishing and like I was always behind, it felt simplified, beautiful, and gave me a new-found level of confidence. I got my real estate business to a place where I was earning multiple six figures in part time hours and felt incredible. 

I was then so honored to be asked to coach with the top real estate coaching company in the world. It was an incredible experience that left me with so many treasured memories. But again, I had this feeling that something was missing. I knew deep down that women do real estate very differently from the way being taught and creating an environment with pushy sales, constant to-do’s, tracking everything, scripting, and cookie cutter models pushed them further away from their goals instead of closer to them. 

I created my coaching company with the clear intention to empower women to create a business that allowed the very best parts of them to shine, to allow them to discover how powerful they are, to create a business and life that lit them up. I knew women could reach income levels that they hadn’t even considered before by focusing on their strengths, tossing out old ways of doing real estate, and fully stepping into their power.
